ALFA Tube-U(N) 802.11n outdoor long range USB + 8 dBi antenna kit

This product is unavailable

ALFA Tube-U(N) has been discontinued and replaced by ALFA Tube-UAC2, a dual band version.

ALFA Tube-U(N) is a long range outdoor 802.11n Wi-Fi USB adapter for Windows computers. It is great for marine and RV use. If you are a into boating, own an RV, or just need a good long range outdoor Wi-Fi adapter at a low price, consider ALFA Network's Tube-U(N) model, a 1-watt (1000mW) 802.11n outdoor wireless USB receiver with N-male external antenna connector. Tube-U(N) is light-weight and easy to mount (it is 4.1 ounces and just over 6.5 inches tall). Simply use the two included mounting ties to fasten it to almost any type of infrastructure.

*This special kit includes an 8 dBi outdoor high gain antenna with N-female connector that you can connect directly to the Tube-U(N). If you are looking to get just the Tube-U(N) without the 8 dBi antenna, please go here.

Easily fasten it to your boat or RV, or an outdoor pole or post. It has weatherproof casing and it comes with a special shielded 5 meter (16 feet) USB cable that is designed to prevent against power loss. Compared to a standard USB cable, the shielding is almost twice as thick. This allows you to mount this item further away from where you will be using your computer. You can connect any type of antenna to this product that has an N-female connector on it. We also sell pigtails and converters if you already own an outdoor antenna with a different connector type.

More about the 8 dBi antenna included in this kit:
It weighs just 4 ounces and measures 15 and 3/4 inches tall. It comes with it's own mounting bracket and wire ties in case you ever wish to use it with another product aside from the Tube-U(N). This is a great option for boat or RV use.
