WisDM Metrics is a no-code, fleet-wide monitoring capability built into the WisDM platform. Customers managing RAKwireless gateways for LoRaWAN® through WisDM will be able to build fleet-wide monitoring dashboards without writing query language. WisDM Metrics will be included in all WisDM plans at no additional cost.
Why this matters:
• No-code setup allows operations teams to build dashboards without developer support.
• Multi-site operators and MSPs can view fleet health in one place instead of checking gateways individually.
• LoRa®-specific metrics, including link quality, uplink and downlink performance, and CRC errors, provide deeper operational visibility than generic monitoring tools.
This new feature strengthens the value of the RAKwireless gateway portfolio. Customers gain built-in fleet monitoring without additional cost.
