We ship to the USA and Canada.

US Shipments:

FREE Standard Saver shipping on all items shipped in the USA! All of our items ship with the US qualify for FREE Standard Saver shipping. There is no $25 minimum or any other requirement. You will see the Standard Saver option at checkout. For Standard Saver, we use the most economical carrier for your package weight, either UPS or the US Postal Service. These methods take about 3-6 days on average. Each package comes with tracking and insurance. In addition to Standard Saver shipping, we also offer Priority Mail (2-3 day average), and UPS 2 Day Air Guaranteed. Due to varying cutoff times, we do not currently offer overnight shipping on our web site. For urgent delivery needs, please call us at (352) 372-9902 to place your order. All orders will be shipped within 1 business day after they are placed.

IMPORTANT** UPS considers "days" to be business days as they do not deliver on weekends or a few select holidays. An order with UPS 2 Day Air placed on a Thursday night will be shipped Friday and will arrive by the end of the day Tuesday.

Canada Shipments:

You will be able to see the exact shipping cost in your shopping cart by using our shipping estimator. Standard shipping to Canada takes about 2-4 weeks to arrive on average and comes with tracking and insurance. We do not currently offer faster methods of shipping to Canada via our web site because the cost of expedited options can vary widely based not only on weight, but package dimensions as well. Please email us for information about faster shipping options to Canada if needed.

Return Policy

Most items purchased at Rokland LLC come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. However some items may have a more narrow return policy. Each item will have its own return policy specified at the end of the description for that item. Please be sure to take a look at the item-specific return policy for the item(s) you are ordering.

Restocking Fees: Because range and speed can vary greatly based on your environment, if you are not sure a particular product will meet your needs please contact us before buying. We understand you may want to try a product like one of our outdoor antennas with the plan to return it if you cannot get a desired signal. For any non-defective return, a restocking fee may apply. This is because we build the original shipping costs into the item price. If the item is defective, there is no restocking fee. Please see each item page for the specific fee. For most our our USB adapters it will be just 10%, for routers like R36 it is 20% ot our original postage cost to you (whichever is less), and for some larger items like antennas there may be a specific dollar amount specified.

If you receive a shipment and you wish to return it in accordance with the return policy, simply email us and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Purchases can be exchanged for the same item, other item(s), or a refund. If you purchase a shipping upgrade like Priority Mail or UPS 2 Day, this shipping charge is not refundable, nor is return shipping, unless the wrong product is shipped by Rokland error.

Bulk Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in us replenishing items sold in bulk orders, bulk orders are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us for consideration. In the event a bulk order return is allowed, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank fees. A bulk order is considered a shipment of 5 pieces or more. If you are not sure whether the part you are planning to buy is what you need, we recommend finding out for sure before buying, or buying one unit first for testing before buying in quantity.


If you complete a purchase and wish to cancel it, please call us at (352) 372-9902. If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the package to us in accordance with our return policy. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped. In addition, UPS levies an additional surcharge on us, the shipper, when a package delivery is refused. So if you have changed your mind about your order but were unable to call and cancel before it was shipped, please accept the shipment and contact us for RMA instructions. If you refuse delivery of the package, the return shipping fee UPS charges us will be deducted from your refund (this is usually equal to the original cost of shipping). We do not make a profit off this, this is necessary to cover the expense of this new "refused delivery" fee from UPS.
