Shipping cutoff times vary based on shipping method and order load. Currently, orders with expedited shipping placed before 3PM EST on a weekday will ship that day. Free standard shipping orders ship within 1 business day.
Sales tax: All shipments shipped to a FL address will see 7% Alachua County Sales tax applied at checkout. Tax is not applicable to purchases shipping outside of Florida.
FREE Standard shipping on *most* items shipped in the USA! In 2022, carriers hiked rates for oversized packages by over 100%. Most Rokland.com orders will offer FREE standard shipping at checkout, except oversized shipments. The most economical carrier will be used- UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our Florida location. It includes tracking and insurance.
Expedited Delivery options are available at checkout. In the cart, use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the page to see options and costs. IMPORTANT** All carriers consider "days" to be business days and do not count weekends or holidays.
Oversized Ground Freight This is a special option used for our larger antennas. These packages incur excessive oversizse and handling fees by the different carriers. These rates begin at $15 and vary based on delivery location.
FREE Local Pickup in Gainesville, FL
During checkout, select Free Local Pickup if you are in the 32606 area and want to pick up. You will receive an an email and/or text when your order is ready for pickup, and you can come by Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST.
Most items ship to Canada except for oversized antennas. You can see shipping options in your shopping cart by using our shipping estimator. Transit and arrival times posted during checkout are estimates only and not a guarantee. All packages shipped to Canada are subject to customs holds that may delay arrival, and duty payment may be required by your government before taking delivery. The cost of shipping to Canada is not refundable and duty is not reimbursable.
Most items purchased at Rokland LLC come with a 30 day return period. Returned items must be in like new/sellable condition. Each item will have its own return policy specified at the end of the description for that item.
Restocking Fees: See individual item pages. Many products incur a restock fee to cover the cost of original shipping which is built into the price. This won't be charged if there is a problem with the item received.
Non-Returnable Items: Used coaxial cable and custom coaxial cable cannot be returned unless defective.
Contact us for the return address if you wish to initiate a return. Return shipping is covered by buyer except in cases of damaged or faulty product. Any original shipping charges paid are not refundable except in cases of missed carrier time in transit guarantee.
Bulk Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items sold in bulk orders, bulk orders are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us for consideration. In the event a bulk order return is allowed, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank fees and/or shipping costs. A bulk order is considered a shipment of 5 pieces or more. If you are not sure whether the part you are planning to buy is what you need, please contact us with questions, or buy one unit first for testing before buying in quantity.
Backorders & Preorders
Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. These days are estimated ship out dates and not guarantees. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Backorders and Preorders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
If you want to cancel an order, please email or call us at (352) 372-9902. If your item has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has shipped, you can return the package to us in accordance with our return policy. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.
