Demand Spike Update 1/26/26

The response to Meshtastic from recent videos like Shawn Ryan and Benn Jordan has been amazing and we are so excited to see the interest! While we were well set for some scaling, the immediate spike has left some backlog with our shipping and support departments, as well as inventory shortages.

Weather Delays / FedEx service on Rokland temporarily suspended

All carriers are experiencing weather related delays including for expedited shipping services like FedEx 2 Day. We have found FedEx to be the most impacted due to their main hubs being in Memphis and the east/southeast.

If you have shipment that has not arrived when expected, please visit carrier web sites like UPS or FedEx for weather updates and contact us if your package does not move within a reasonable time. Note that carriers do not do service time guarantee refunds with weather related delays.

We have removed FedEx expedited options from our checkout effective 8AM EST Friday, January 30th, due to another incoming storm that may present further disruptions. Options will be restored once FedEx is resuming normal operations.

Shipping

As of today, free shipping orders will ship within 2-3 business days. We are adding extra staff to resolve the backlog. Tracking numbers are created at the time of order generation, and should receive an update once picked up by the carrier (with up to 12 hour delay). Also note that expedited shipping times are in business days, with a 3PM cutoff. So a Next Day order placed Friday at 3:10 PM EST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Inventory

We normally keep a 90-120 day supply of most parts on hand but this demand spike along with holiday and Chinese New Year backlog at factory does mean many parts are selling out or are sold out. We do have parts on order and are doing as best as we can do get stock back. On most item pages in a button you can click to get an email notification when a part is back in stock.
