Unify Enclosure IP65 100x75x38mm Solar + mounting plate and screw boss
The Unify Enclosures are modular IP65 rated outdoor enclosures that include tailored features to support WisBlock Base Boards and WisBlock Modules, but are highly adaptable to any application with spacious internals and thoughtfully designed universal mounting options.
The variant with solar panel has an 80 x 45 mm size solar panel integrated in the lid and a matching cable for the Solar Panel Connector of the WisBlock Base Boards. Depending on the power consumption of your application it can recharge a battery and make the product independent of an external power source.
The 100x75x38mm enclosure has enough internal space to support the following WisBlock Base Boards - RAK19003, RAK19007, RAK5005-O.
There is also space for a flat profile LiPo battery to be hosted under an internal mounting plate. The space available below a mounting plate in standard configuration is approximately 55x34x6mm excluding narrow sections where there are enclosure features.

Mounting Plate
Unify WisBlock Mounting Plate with screw bosses for 100x75x38mm Enclosure(Bespoke Plate)
This mounting plate fits perfectly into the Unify Enclosure 100x75x38mm and has integrated screw bosses to support RAK19003, RAK19007 and RAK5005-O.
The mounting plate can be adapted easily to accommodate each of the Base Boards and any attached sensors by the removal of sections of the mounting plate that are not required by using of simple hand operated side-cutters to cut away the unnecessary sections.

Lost packages and insurance
International Shipping:

Bulk/High Value Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.
Backorder/Preorder

Customer Reviews
The enclosure is nicely made, but I have a few complaints. The solar panel is not adequate enough to guarantee perpetual runtime at all. The sides are angled slightly, so if you mount an antenna to it, its crooked. Mounting hardware is sold separately. There is potential here, but I regret my purchase.
We are sorry for your experience. Runtime depends on sun exposure, not only weather patterns but how much exposure the panel gets in terms of surrounding trees or other obstacles.
The box and mounting plate are top notch. 100% perfection.
The solar panel is just slightly underpowered for recharging the LiPo battery via the interface of the RAK Meshtastic Starter Kit. I’m in the Los Angeles area and in full sun the panel will charge the battery to roughly 4.05v as shown on the Meshtastic device. This is enough to charge the battery over the course of the day to maybe 90% over the course of the day and it will then discharge to roughly 80% over night. This actually isn’t too bad and I can kind of get by with it, but if somebody didn’t have as much sun as we do in Los Angeles, this would almost certainly not be enough over a long period of time.
The solution to this would be to offer a more efficient solar panel for this enclosure. I’m not certain if that’s possible with the same cutouts though.
All of the above said, it’s a great little box and solar panel for me. I just worry about others without as much sunshine.
This enclosure gets a bad rap for its small size. However, I’ve had this on the air for eight months with a WisBlock RAK 4621, a temp/humidity module and 2000mAh battery and without a GPS module as it is not necessary in its fixed position. The small solar panel has recharged the battery reliably.
The enclosure has survived wet conditions with no leaks.
If I were to buy it again I would purchase the white enclosure. After painting my grey enclosure white the internal temperature was lower by several degrees.
The enclosure has experienced high internal temperatures during the summer here in the SW. It has only become a concern when the ambient temperature exceeds about 100F. Looking for additional ways to keep it cool during these infrequent conditions such as external heat sinks.
The enclosure has no openings or ports and requires modification for, at a minimum, a port for an antenna connector. However, this allows for placing the antenna connector opening where personally preferred.
