For over 20 years we've been able to offer free sitewide shipping in the USA, but with the latest massive postage rate hike, we are unable to do so on smaller value orders. Rate changes from USPS on July 12, 2026 erased ounce based pricing, so now a 2 ounce item ships at the same rate as a 2 lb one, in some cases almost double the cost. 

We know shipping charges are not a fun experience, so we will still offer free shipping on all orders over $20.00 USD. For orders below this value, a flat $4.95 shipping assistance charge will apply. In many cases our actual ship cost will be higher, but by collecting this amount we can continue to offer low prices on smaller items like connectors and pigtails.

We are in Florida and ship to: USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and other countries (see full list in cart).

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status. 

Lost packages and insurance

Hawaii & International Shipping:

While Hawaii is not international, packages from our Florida location with free standard shipping may take up to a month. We suggest purchasing expedited air shipping for Hawaii (note batteries cannot be shipped by Air). International shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. International shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labour required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is pre-negotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on back order or pre-order will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
