Alfa N2 is a new outdoor long range multi-function PoE WiFi product from
Alfa Network, Inc. It is 802.11n standard and supports both AP and
Client Bridge modes. This means it can be used to transmit or receive a
long range WiFi signal outdoors. Because it is Ethernet based, it is OS
independent. It can be used with a Mac, PC, or any Ethernet enabled
device (it must be configured on a computer using a web browser though).
It is a PoE device which means it is accessed and configured via
Ethernet cable, and also receives power over the Ethernet cable, so
there is no need to run long electrical extensions.
