Bye Bye de minimis- what this means for your imports

The de minimis tariff exception in the U.S. allows low-value imports—previously set at $800 per day per recipient—to enter the country duty-free and with minimal customs processing.

This exception has been suspended February 1st by US Customs and Border Patrol as part of new tariffs levied on China.

This means that any item purchased directly from Hong Kong or China, including on popular sites like Temu, will now have a tariff applied regardless of value.

Items on our website ship from the USA. Though the country of origin varies, for our USA buyers there are no tariffs applied on delivery. For our customers outside the USA, check with your local government or tax office, or contact our support to see if items you purchase may be subject to tariffs based on a part's country of origin.
