Fall 2020 COVID-19 Update

Greetings from Gainesville, Florida. We hope everyone is staying well and healthy and that those affected by COVID-19 are recovering. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues its serious impact across the country, we count ourselves lucky to remain open for business to serve you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those impacted and those businesses who have had to close doors.

All that said, we continue to take precautions, including following local guidelines for local pickup orders.

We remain open for normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. After widespread postal delays in August and September, we are seeing a return to normalcy, though the new transit time for standard mail packages appears to be closer to 4-7 days than the previous 2-4 we were used to seeing for many years. We recommend taking advantage of our expedited FedEx and UPS options at checkout when possible.

We ask for your continued patience when inquiring about your tracking if your package is delayed. We do not have any affiliation with the Post Office and once shipped, we cannot impact transit times. Sending a replacement for a delayed shipment will cause the replacement to also be delayed and contributes to the backlog. If you need your order by a certain date, please consider expedited options at checkout or call us.
