LILYGO Q398 replaces LILYGO Q202

LILYGO Q202 Meshtastic T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 has been replaced by v1.2 which is LILYGO SKU Q398. We have a kit here with Q398 + L206 display which replaces our previous kit with Q202 and display.
