We have found developer Nick Morrow on Github to have the best driver packages for Realtek based 802.11ac dual band solutions from ALFA Network.
This fall, new driver packages were released for Debian based distributions such as Kali for the Realtek RTL8812AU line including AWUS036ACH and AWUS036AC.
There are also new drivers for AWUS036ACS.
Both packages support monitor mode and injection.
