RAKwireless items come with a one year limited warranty against defective parts and labor in the manufacturing process. LILYGO come with 90 day warranty.
This warranty and our general return policy does not apply to damage caused during use of the parts, including battery damage to the battery connector or board. Rokland will cover any damage to a board sold by Rokland caused by a battery purchased from Rokland and advertised as compatible.
During an audit of batteries purchased elsewhere, we found issues with polarity mistmatches and voltage issues, and are unable to accept warranty claims on parts we sell with batteries purchased elsewhere. This applies even if the 3rd party battery works on other devices as other devices may have different polarity, or voltage issues may be intermittent.
