We are excited to launch the first ever #ThePeoplesDay event, exclusively on May 19, 2022. We are honoring those who helped build the Helium network with amazing Lightning deals on our web site between 9AM and 5PM EST Thursday, May 19, 2022.

As we expect quite a bit of traffic which may put an increased load on our support staff, we have anticipated some possible common questions and have answered them below. Our staff is always here to help, but kindly read through to see if your question is answered before contacting our staff.

1. I see an item will be coming on sale later in the afternoon and I want to buy something else in the morning Deal tier, can you combine shipping if I place separate orders?

Shipping is free for all items sitewide except our 12 dBi LoneWolf antenna. Our staff will attempt to combine multiple orders going to the same address, but if they are shipped separate it will be at no additional charge to you.

2. I recently bought a product that's in the Lightning deal. Can I get the price difference refunded?

Flash deal items are time and QTY limited. We are following Amazon's Prime Day example where discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Many of the deal items are being offered below our own cost and so we will not be able to make exceptions. Attempting to rebuy and return items under a previous order violates the integrity of our deals and refund amounts will be equal to your lightning deal purchase only.

3. I see a similar item to something in the Lightning deal, can I get the same deal on it?

The discounts are exclusive to items in the Lightning deal.

4. I don't need anything right now, will Rokland honor Lightning deal prices in the future?

The discounts are exclusive to items in the Lightning deal on May 19th, 2022 in the times allocated. Rainchecks will not be issued.

5. I need more QTY than the amount available for a bulk purchase, can I get the same price?

Contact Rokland support directly or bulk inventories, we may be able to offer a discount but it may not be the same as Lightning deal prices.
