We are operating at normal business hours but with a same-day shipping cutoff time moved up to 3PM EST due to restricted FedEx hours. Orders placed after 3PM EST may not be shipped until the next business day.
If you need rush delivery after this time, please call us at (352) 372-9902 to verify if your order can still be shipped out the same day.
Rokland Technologies remains open for online business and shipping, and local pickup. If you are picking up an item, we do require a mask to enter the facility, or if your order is paid in full you may call us on arrival and we will bring your order to your car.
We share everyone's concern for the spread of COVID-19 and concerns about long term economic effects. We are remaining open in accordance with the law, with safety precautions to protect our staff. We are staggering hours and limiting office access to a few employees at a time, along with cleaning multiple times daily. This has not impacted our ability to get orders shipped out on time. Doctors have said there is no danger of the virus spreading on products shipped through the mail or shipping carriers, though if you have personal concern you can wipe down the retail box of any item received using a Clorox or other disinfectant wipe.
If you need expedited shipping and arrival by a certain day, you may wish to call us first especially if late in the day near our cutoff time. We can be reached at (352) 372-9902. Our normal hours are 9AM to 5PM EST. Our shipping cutoff time to ship orders the same day is currently 3PM EST.
