Note: The RAK Hotspot V2 or the MNTD hotspot are not included in the Outdoor Enclosure Kit.
The provided PoE Injector and Splitter are not Gigabit (1000Mbps) Ethernet capable. They are 10/100Mbps devices, working only with 10/100Mbps ports on routers and switches.
In case you want to use a 1000Mbps switch or router to provision your hotspot, you need to source a Gigabit Ethernet capable PoE injector and splitter.
This kit includes all necessary parts to take your RAK Hotspot V2 or the MNTD hotspot (NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT) outdoor in a secure and durable casing.
Combined with one of our fiberglass antennas, this kit allows you to better position your Miner and maximize your rewards without a compromise to harsh outdoor conditions.

Return Policy: You may return this item, open or used, for an exchange or refund at your discretion within 30 days of receipt. Orders with free shipping selected will incur a 10% restocking fee to help us cover the original shipping cost, unless the item is defective or different from the advertisement. Any expedited shipping charges paid, including return shipping, are never refundable. If you opt for an exchange, we will pay to ship the replacement to you. We are in Florida and ship to: USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Local pickup available in Gainesville, FL
Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1 business day.
Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status.
Lost packages and insurance
International Shipping:
Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.
Backorder/Preorder
Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
