Rokland Technologies is happy to provide free technical support for any product you purchase from us.

If you need support for a product we don't sell, or that is outside the scope of our support, you may purchase support hours on this page as instructed by your technician. One hour of support is only $9.95 as an introductory offer. Additional hours are $21.00 per hour. 

What is in the scope of our free support for the lifetime of your Rokland purchase?

We will provide basic troubleshooting as well as links to product manual and driver downloads. Free phone support for installation and troubleshooting on compatible operating systems. Lifetime is defined as life of the product until it is discontinued by manufacturer. After that, we will forward any documentation we have, but may not be able to get products working with newer incompatible devices or operating systems.

What is outside the scope of our general support?

1. Products we do not sell or that were not purchased from us or an authorized ALFA Network distributor

2. Assistance using products in ways not advertised (for example, you purchased a WiFi card for computers but are trying to install it inside a smart refrigerator)

3. Development projects- this would encompass the purchase of development parts. While we could provide basic support for the parts, such as resources from manufacturer, our team would not be able to provide free assistance with the building of components into a specific project (such as "I bought parts X, Y, and Z to build a smart sensor for my farm, can you help me build the sensor?")

In the case your inquiry is outside the scope of our support, you may be redirected here to purchase support if you wish to proceed. Payment is for time incurred, and may not result in a resolution to your issue depending on the issue, or may result in a determination your hardware is bad. 

Rokland Support is provided by trained staff and technicians, and is never outsourced to call centers.

Sales tax is required in many states and will be added at checkout if applicable to your delivery state. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support department.

We are in Florida and ship to: USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and other countries (see full list in cart).

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1 business day.

Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status. 

Lost packages and insurance

International Shipping:

Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty  is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please email or call us at (352) 372-9902. If your item has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
