MeshPocket Qi2 is both a magnetic power bank and an intelligent device equipped with Bluetooth, LoRa remote communication, and e-ink display, making it the perfect companion for open source projects such as Meshtastic and providing a good solution for outdoor exploration and emergency communication.
*The magsafe component allows attachment to phone for charging and can stay affixed to phone while holding, but is not a secure attachment. Swift movement of the phone can cause the device to separate from phone if you are not holding the device and MeshPocket in your hand.

Precautions
- When the wireless charging output is abnormal or a foreign object (FOD) is detected, the wireless charging indicator light flashes yellow and recovers within 5S after it is released.
- You can manipulate the Meshtastic interface with the buttons on the right side.
- To ensure battery life, please charge it at least once every three months.
- Do not expose this product to high-temperature environments or around heating equipment, such as cars, sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens and other high-temperature environments, as it may cause an explosion.
- It is strictly prohibited to use unapproved or incompatible power adapters, charging cables, etc., which may cause fire, explosion or other dangers. Please use original or certified data cables.
- Do not leave this product in an unventilated space for a long time, such as a handbag, etc. Confined spaces can easily cause fire and other dangers.
- This product contains lithium-ion batteries. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the product casing without permission to avoid damage to the battery core or fire hazard.
- Do not drop, squeeze, puncture, short-circuit this product, or put it into water or fire to avoid fire hazards. Please dispose of this product in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of this product as domestic waste. Improper disposal may cause explode.

Product Specific Return Policy
Defective units can be replaced or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective units can be returned in the same time frame if in like-new condition with a 20 percent restocking fee applied. If the unit became bricked due to a non-standard firmware flash, the board may not be eligible for return.
Sales tax is required in many states and will be added at checkout if applicable to your delivery state. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support department.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Lost packages and insurance
International Shipping:
Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.
Backorder/Preorder
Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
