Elecrow ThinkNode-M5 is a high-performance multi-function device that integrates advanced wireless communication technology and various sensors.

The device is powered by the ESP32-S3 processor and supports Bluetooth connectivity. Users can easily configure and monitor it via their mobile phones.

M5 comes pre-installed with Meshtastic firmware. Combined with the SX1262 wireless chip, the device can efficiently send and receive LoRa signals.

ThinkNode M5 is compatible with the Meshtatic official App. Users can use the App to configure and manage device parameters, message communication, map and location sharing, network status monitoring, data recording and exporting, custom settings, etc.

The ThinkNode-M5 features a 1.54-inch EPD (Electronic Paper Display) that allows users to view data and device status in real-time. It is equipped with a 1200mAh rechargeable battery and can operate outdoors for an extended period.

The built-in GPS module of M5 ensures accurate positioning in any environment and can be used as an independent communication tool in the absence of network coverage or in emergencies to protect the safety of users.

Dev board & device return policy

Development boards and devices are specialty items that generally cannot be resold on return, especially if the firmware has been flashed. Defective boards and devices can be replaced or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective boards can be returned in the same time frame if in like-new condition with a 20 percent restocking fee applied. The reason is to help cover our original ship cost and item value depreciation for being used. If the board has had altered firmware or became bricked due to a non-standard firmware flash, the board may not be eligible for return.

Sales tax is required in many states and will be added at checkout if applicable to your delivery state. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support department.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status. 

Lost packages and insurance

Hawaii & International Shipping:

While Hawaii is not international, packages from our Florida location with free standard shipping may take up to a month. We suggest purchasing expedited air shipping for Hawaii (note batteries cannot be shipped by Air). International shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
