HaLow-Cam is a 2 million pixel electric zoom network camera with 1080p full HD resolution images and supports intelligent analysis: tripwire crossing detection, area intrusion detection, and motion detection.

Due to the adoption of the new generation long-distance 802.11ah WiFi HaLow wireless network technology, which solves the pain point of short transmission distance of traditional WiFi 2.4G/5G, HaLow-Cam will become your best partner for security surveillance.

Choose your variant- HaLow R camera requires a HaLow base station or router to communicate. We recommend ALFA HaLow-R. *configuration of HaLow IP cameras requires some technical knowledge. A guide is available but install should not be attempted by person without experience.

You may return this item due to any defect within 30 days or we can exchange it for you. A 10% restocking fee on non-defective returns applies to HaLow-Cam. Any expedited shipping charges paid, including return shipping, are non-refundable. If you opt for an exchange, we will pay to ship the replacement to you. Items must be returned the way they were received, with all pieces, documentation, and retail packaging (if applicable) included. For bulk purchases, see our bulk purchase return policy here.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status.

Lost packages and insurance

International Shipping:

Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
