ALFA ARS-NT5B is a 5 dBi omni-directional dual band Wi-Fi antenna for use with 802.11ac and 802.11n/g/b networks. It can receive and transmit on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands. This can be used with any brand Wi-Fi adapter or wireless router that uses RP-SMA antenna ports. It can be used with dual band routers and adapters, or single band. It is compatible with all Wi-Fi standards including 802.11a, b, g, n and the newest standard 802.11ac. This is the replacement stock antenna that comes with some ALFA adapters like AWUS036AC and AWUS036ACH. It can also be used on other brand equipment including compatible ASUS 802.11ac routers.
While most Wi-Fi adapters with external antenna ports have RP-SMA connectors, some routers use RP-TNC connectors, so be sure to check what connector type your device has before buying, or email our team with your brand/model router or adapter and we can confirm compatibility for you.
This is a low cost way to replace a missing Wi-Fi antenna, or upgrade from a lower gain antenna. It is also a great option for those in the market for a dual band antenna. It is 7 and 3/4 inches long. No software is needed, simply attach this antenna to your compatible Wi-Fi adapter or router's external antenna port.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1 business day.

Lost packages and insurance
International Shipping:
Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.
Backorder/Preorder
Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
