Lost packages and insurance

International Shipping:

Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty  is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.

Cancellations

The potential is there

The hardware itself seems to work great. Had some issues with the radio rebooting, dim red led, loosing settings. Contacted Rokland and was explained to be caused by a firmware issue with this Ethernet module. (Using latest firmware as of 2024-09-29) Purchased it to connect the radio to homeassistant via mqtt but was incompatible due to lack of json support. Not because of the Ethernet module but the radio itself. I took the ethernet module out of service and will revisit it later after future updates. I don't regret purchasing this module because the potential for ssh, self hosted web interface, ftp firmware updates and other features are there. Currently you can connect to radio via android app using IP address, online web app via chromium based browser (no Firefox :( ), and public/private mqtt with this product. I know there is also a module for PoE support but haven't tested it out myself. I will keep this review updated (if possible) as new firmwares are released.
