I have exact problem as Zach Farris does running Kali Linux in surface 3 and I got as far as make.
make ARCH=x86_64 cross_compile= -c/lib/modules/5.7.0-kalil-amd65/amd64/build M=/root/Desktop/rt modules
make1*/lib/modules/5.7.0-kalil-amd64/build:No such file or directory. stop.
make:*[Makefile:2246:modules] Error 2

I’m running Kali linux on my laptop
Not through a VM

I extracted the driver , renamed the folder and got into the terminal. I got as far as to get into the rt directory, however cannot run the dkms-install command. It says that command cannot be found
What do I do ?

How do you install on fedora 32 or centos 8? You guys should just make a flatpak it would be so much easier for everyone using linux.
