Dev board return policy

Development boards are specialty items that generally cannot be resold on return, especially if the firmware has been flashed. Defective boards can be replaced or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective boards can be returned in the same time frame if in like-new condition with a 20 percent restocking fee applied. If the board has had altered firmware or became bricked due to a non-standard firmware flash, the board may not be eligible for return.

Sales tax is required in many states and will be added at checkout if applicable to your delivery state. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support department.

Expedited shipping orders placed before 3PM EST weekdays will ship that day. Standard shipping orders ship within 1 business day.

Sales tax: shipments shipped to states in which we are registered to collect tax will have appropriate tax added at checkout. Tax exempt forms can be sent to our support staff who can activate exemption status. 

Lost packages and insurance

International Shipping:

Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty  is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns

Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.

Backorder/Preorder

Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.

Lilygo T-Echo Performance Review

I ordered and received two Lilygo T-Echo devices. Both arrived in a timely manner and were easy to set up and pair with the iPhone app.

However, in a matter of days, one of T-echo devices (Meshtastic node 77eb) failed and no longer functions.

I want to return it for a replacement. Please advise and provide instructions on how to return it for a replacement.

Great form-factor, not so great everything else

Size is wonderful, e-ink screen is clear, buttons are easy to manipulate. Unfortunately the battery is 850mAh, and doesn’t last all that long, a day at best. Even more unfortunate from my point is that you cannot turn this off. Bluetooth seems to have some regular connection issues, timing out and reconnecting about 40% of the time. Really excited to get a couple, but will not be pursuing more. My recommendations are the T3 V1.6.1 T-beam for good all around; but best value overall is the RAK Wireless.

Awesome tech

I just got a better antenna for the T-echo and just got a hit at 34 miles away. We will be putting up more nodes so get some inventory in.

T-Echos are Solid

These devices are great. They feel solid and the range has been really good for me with the stock antenna. Really my only complaint would be the very sensitive buttons on the side can get pressed inadvertently, but a simple 3D printed case seemed to solve that issue. The battery life is amazing, it can go a few days without charge.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a ready to go solution.

Great Meshtastic Starter!

I was able to get up and running immediately, and it was well documented on the meshtastic website. Came running a pretty old firmware, but updating was easy. Only complaint about the device itself is the small GPS antenna only gets a lock outside, but you wouldn't be using LoRa inside anyways.
