ALFA AWUS036EAC brings high speed 802.11ac technology to PCs at an affordable cost. It is a 867 Mbps Wi-Fi USB adapter compatible with Windows XP through Windows 10. It features a small profile with fully integrated antennas with a dongle style that connects directly to the USB port. Also included is a special laptop clip that fits many of today's laptop bezels.

AWUS036EAC is capable of receiving and transmitting on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. With 802.11ac standard routers, AWUS036EAC can achieve throughput speeds up to 867 Mbps, almost three times that of the 802.11n maximum of 300 Mbps. This adapter is backward compatible with 802.11g and 802.11n networks, but will have limited speed with those networks. An 802.11ac router is required for the maximum throughput.

Your 802.11ac router will perform optimally when all of your computers are on the AC standard, so this is a great low-cost way to upgrade them all. This works on Microsoft Surface Pro tablets running Windows 8/10 (requires driver download) but does NOT work with Windows Surface RT tablets or other tablets/laptops running Microsoft Surface RT, which looks like Windows 8 but is actually a locked down version of Windows that does not support 3rd party drivers.

Lost packages and insurance
International Shipping:
Shipping options are visible in cart by using the shipping estimator. Transit times posted are estimates. International packages are subject to customs holds and duty payment may be required by your government on delivery. The cost of duty is not reimbursable. Internatonal shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.

Bulk/High Value Order Returns
Due to the labor required to package and ship bulk orders, as well as cost and stock issues involved in replenishing items, bulk orders of 5 pieces or more are not returnable unless the equipment is defective or mis-advertised, or a return period is prenegotiated. For non-defective returns over $500, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover bank or card processing fees.
Backorder/Preorder
Items on backorder or preorder will ship as estimated on the item page. You can cancel an order any time up until shipment. Orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the advertised time after the order ships, not after the order is placed.
